We are pleased to inform the public that our law office has successfully concluded an arbitration proceeding before a Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) concerning a complex construction dispute. This is a significant step in strengthening our reputation as leaders in the field of construction law and disputes under international standards.
During the proceedings, we represented a state-owned body of the Republic of North Macedonia in a case involving the termination of a contract with a foreign company related to a major infrastructure project. The opposing party sought significant financial compensation, claiming the termination was unlawful.
Following an extensive analysis of the documentation and a thorough preparation of legal submissions, the Adjudicator issued a final decision that is entirely favorable to our client. The decision confirmed that the contract termination was lawful and justified, and the Contractor’s main financial claims were finally rejected.
